Sales Terms and Conditions

These Sales Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of Products by Holistic Group AS Org. 911863928 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”). By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the details, descriptions, and prices of our books are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability or errors in pricing or product descriptions.
  • An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order but confirms receipt.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the available currency at our shop and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, Vipps, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to Most Countries (distance from Norway may be subject to additional cost).
  • Delivery times will vary based on what Country we ship to. Example: Norway will be 2-4 days, Portugal may take 1-2 weeks.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Books may be returned within 30 days of receipt; provided they are in original, unused condition the order may be refunded.
  • Digital/downloadable books are non-refundable.

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the received product is with damage or package is lost in shipment the customer can request a new shipment or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including book content, descriptions, and images, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our books.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

10. Conflict resolution

Complaints must be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Authority is available by telephone at 23 400 600 or www.forbrukertilsynet.no.
